He is a Certified Security Professional (CSP) from the International Institute of Security and Safety Management (IISSM) certificate awarded by Lt Gen Prem Sagar(Retd) and has received advanced training in security operations from the Integrated Intelligence Training Academy (IITA) Police Academy Moinabad Telangana. His credentials also include certification as a Trainer for Security Services by the National Skill Development Council (NSDC), Government of India.

With a distinguished 15-year service in the Indian Navy, he held key operational tenures aboard the nation’s premier aircraft carriers INS VIKRANT and INS VIRAT. His naval background instilled in him the discipline, precision, and leadership skills that continue to define his approach in the private security industry.

Post his defence career, Mr. Vijay held senior leadership roles in reputed security organizations such as Investigation and Security Services (ISS), Guardwell Detective & Security Services, and Founder Director of Securewell Security Services, & Guardians security services.
